Our Clear Acrylic 3D Letters are modern, eye-catching display pieces designed for events, retail, signage, and interior décor. Each letter is made from premium clear cast acrylic with polished edges, giving a clean glass-like appearance while remaining lightweight and durable.

Letters can be produced in full size (1 metre) or half size (500 mm) to suit different display needs.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

• Built from 10 mm premium clear acrylic

• Smooth flame-polished joins

• Hollow 3D fabricated body

• Crystal-clear finish for a high-end look

• Freestanding fonts only (flat-bottom, bold sans-serif)

BACKING OPTIONS

1. Fully Sealed Backing

• Completely enclosed

• Waterproof and dustproof

• Ideal for outdoor displays

2. Removable Backing (Screwed On – Screws Visible)

• Back panel is drilled and attached with visible screws

• Allows easy access inside the letter

• Suitable for adding LED lighting, decorative fillers, props, coloured panels, or seasonal inserts

• The screw heads will be visible at the rear, which is normal for this design

• LED Lights and Fillings are not included

WEATHERPROOF & UV RATED

For outdoor use, letters can be made:

• Fully sealed to protect against rain, dust, and insects

• From UV-stabilized acrylic to prevent yellowing or cracking

• Suitable for sun, heat, and coastal environments

• Long-lasting clarity and durability

Both sizes can be used outdoors when sealed.

• Wall mounting available with visible screw fixings or stand-off mounts

FONT REQUIREMENTS

To keep letters stable and free-standing:

• Only bold sans-serif fonts

• Letters must have flat bottoms

• No thin, script, serif, or decorative fonts

This ensures structural strength and safe installation.
