Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges if you decide to change your mind. It's the customers responsibility to confirm all details are correct before placing your custom order into our online store.

All our products under go strict quality check procedures that will find and solve any imperfections and faults before being packaged and shipped. If you have questions, concerns or issues about the design or printing process please get in touch with us before you place your order.

We take extreme care when packaging our orders to ensure a safe transit of all order. In the unfortunate and unlikely event of a damaged or faulty prints being received, please notify us within 7 business days. We will require photographic evidence of the packaging and product(s) to be reviewed before we can help arrange a replacement. Please email these photos and the order number to: info@basicplus.com.au
